Here’s how you can support Laurentian University

• Email Minister of Colleges and Universities Ross Romano to demand funding for Laurentian.
• Sign the open letter in support of Midwifery program at Laurentian—the only bilingual program of its kind in Canada!
• Change your zoom background, social media profile picture, and signature line using these images.
• Print a window sign and put it in your window.
• Get active on social media using the tags #northernsolidarity, #FundLU, #OnPSE, and #OnPoli. Make sure to tag @rossromanossm so that he can hear you.
• Have your organization make a public statement in support of the Laurentian University Faculty Association based on one of these templates:

• Have your organization send a letter to Minister Romano expressing your concerns.
• Follow OCUFA on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Subscribe to OCUFA’s weekly newsletter.
• Ask your local Labour Council to pass a motion based on this template to call on the Ontario government for more funding for Northern Ontario universities, including Laurentian.
• Sign an open letter in support of Midwifery program at Laurentian University
• Watch Fire Romano
• Send a letter to the Prime Minister to urge him to exclude public institutions like Laurentian University from accessing the Consumer Creditor Accessibility Act (CCAA)
• Donate to LUFAAPPUL (see the letter for details)
