Participants requiring hotel accommodations are advised to register before Oct 30, 2023 to take advantage of the special room rate $309.00/night + Tax for the night of November 30, 2023. We cannot guarantee you a hotel room if you book after Oct 30, 2023.
An administration fee of $50.00 will be charged for those cancelling up to a week before the conference. Those cancelling during the last week before the conference will be charged the full registration fee.
